Due to the ongoing no shows / no calls the spa has experienced, we have set in place a new cancellation policy. All new clients are now required to place a credit card on file to set up any appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to notify us 24 hours before your set appointment time. 100% of your appointment will be charged to the card on file. Please keep in mind that the therapist does not get paid hourly, so with failing to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, they and another client are missing out on that appointment. If you are a regular client and you miss an appointment, you will be required to put your card on file for your next appointment.
